Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Tour Booking Coordinator in Beverly Hills to support global touring promoters. You will assist in tour administration, manage calendars, compile documents, and build tour grids, while coordinating with artists and industry contacts across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Entertainment industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration for tours of all sizes.
• Gather and manage calendar AVAILS and holds.
• Organize tour routing files and tour confirmations.
• Build Master Tour Grid and kickoff emails.
• Maintain tour files and archive essential documents.
• Create reports and distribute to stakeholders.
• Assist with industry guest ticketing requests and on-site liaison duties.
• Coordinate with artists, agents, managers and international teams.
