Job summary

The Artist Management & Operations Associate at Live Nation Entertainment will work closely with the Manager, artists on the roster, and the broader management team to support the execution of clients’ vision and career goals. This is an in-office role based in Beverly Hills, with flexibility for events and occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in an assistant or coordination in the entertainment/music industry ideal.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when priorities shift, with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily artist calendars and logistics, prioritizing competing needs and coordinating changes with the Manager.
• Maintain and organize data related to touring, merchandise, releases, and ongoing activities, communicating findings to the Manager.
• Facilitate communication across the internal management team and external partners to coordinate priorities and keep projects moving forward.
• Coordinate release timelines, promotional schedules, and project deliverables, organizing information, assets, deadlines, and follow-ups with partners.
