Job summary

Feld Entertainment is seeking a knowledgeable and driven individual to lead and manage a traveling staff of 20 employees across the United States. This role requires 100% travel for 7 to 11 months each year.

The successful candidate will maximize venue sales, ensure quality customer service, and coordinate a variety of operational functions. A Bachelor's Degree and extensive experience in retail sales management are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Retail Sales management of 20+ associates.
• 2+ years in a customer service-oriented environment.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize venue sales and profitability while maintaining high quality customer service.
• Coordinate all tour inventory and day-to-day operations.
• Manage recruitment efforts for staff & sales personnel.
• Ensure all company policies and health standards are followed.
