- 8-10 years of compensation and benefits experience with 3+ years in management.
- Experience scaling total rewards programs at high-growth SaaS/startups.
- End-to-end compensation cycles: architecture, pricing, merit, and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Own Chainguard's total rewards strategy across compensation and benefits.
- Lead and develop the Total Rewards team.
- Oversee global comp and benefits as Chainguard expands to new international markets.
- Balance employee experience with cost efficiency and retire underutilized programs.
- Stay ahead of market trends to remain competitive for top talent.
