Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Vice President, Global Total Rewards to design and execute a comprehensive rewards strategy that attracts and retains top talent worldwide. You will oversee executive and broad-based compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs, with governance and analytics to inform decision making.

You will report to the CHRO and partner with the executive leadership and Compensation Committee to align rewards with growth, shareholder interests, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise compensation and benefits functions across multiple countries.
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing Total Rewards teams.
• Strong governance, regulatory compliance, and board-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Tyler Technologies' Global Total Rewards strategy.
• Oversee broad-based and executive compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition.
• Provide governance, analytics, and reporting to the CHRO and Board Compensation Committee.
