Job summary

Tyler Technologies seeks a Vice President, Global Total Rewards in Plano, TX to design and lead a comprehensive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, wellbeing, recognition, and executive pay programs.

Reporting to the CHRO and a member of the HR Leadership Team, this role governs all aspects of broad-based and executive compensation, benefits, and rewards analytics, with strong governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise compensation and benefits functions across multiple countries (5+).
• Proven success building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience supporting Compensation Committees and Boards of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee executive and broad-based compensation, benefits, and governance.
• Drive governance, compliance, and disclosures for executive compensation.
• Utilize workforce analytics to inform reward investments and reporting.
• Lead and develop the Total Rewards organization and culture.
