Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise compensation and benefits functions across multiple countries.
• Proven success building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong governance, regulatory, and board communications capabilities.
• Deep understanding of executive compensation and broad-based pay strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Tyler's Global Total Rewards strategy.
• Oversee executive and broad-based compensation programs.
• Lead benefits, wellbeing, and leave programs globally.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and disclosures for compensation.
• Provide workforce analytics and leadership dashboards.
• Coach the Total Rewards organization and senior leaders.
