Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti is a leading engineering firm seeking a strategic Total Rewards Manager to design, govern, and execute compensation, benefits, and leave administration globally.

Reporting to the Director of HR Operations & Technology, this role oversees end-to-end strategy, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations for benefits programs across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, India, Vietnam, and other countries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing or administering benefits programs across multiple countries (e.g., US, Canada, UK, and/or APAC).
• Demonstrated experience running RFPs and leading vendor selection and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global benefits strategy across regions.
• Lead annual vendor selection, renewal negotiations, and RFP processes.
• Own relationships with global brokers, insurers, retirement providers, and wellness vendors.
• Oversee the global compensation framework, including salary structures and market pricing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and international leave requirements.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for Total Rewards metrics.
