Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a strategic and experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, governance, and execution of the company’s compensation, benefits, and leave administration programs across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, India, Vietnam, and other countries.

Reporting to the Director of HR Operations & Technology, this hands-on leadership role requires partnering with carriers, brokers, and a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing benefits across multiple countries (US, Canada, UK, APAC).
• Demonstrated experience running RFPs and vendor negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills with cost/utilization and budget presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global benefits strategy aligned with objectives.
• Lead annual vendor selection, renewals, and RFPs across multiple regions.
• Oversee global compensation framework incl. salary structures and leveling.
• Oversee global leave administration strategy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and governance; partner with Legal.
