Job summary
Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a strategic Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, governance, and execution of compensation, benefits, and leave programs across regions. This hands-on leader will manage vendor relationships, negotiations with carriers and brokers, and coach a team of specialists.
The role partners with Legal, Compliance and HR Technology to optimize Workday configurations and deliver executive dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience managing benefits across multiple countries.
- Demonstrated experience running RFPs and vendor negotiations.
- Strong cost/utilization analysis and budget presentation skills.
- Knowledge of benefits, leave and pay regulations in multiple countries.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee global compensation framework, salary structures, and market pricing.
- Lead the benefits strategy, vendor selection, renewals, and negotiations.
- Oversee global leave administration and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain governance over vendor contracts, renewals, audits, and documentation.
- Partner with HR Technology to optimize Workday configuration and reporting.
- Develop executive dashboards and cost/utilization analytics for leadership.
