Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti seeks a strategic Total Rewards Manager to design, govern, and execute compensation, benefits, and leave programs across regions. You will own end-to-end strategy, vendor relationships, and contracts for programs in multiple countries while guiding compensation globally.

This is a hands-on leadership role, coaching a team of specialists. You will negotiate with brokers and carriers, oversee Workday configuration for rewards, and develop executive dashboards to support senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing or administering benefits programs across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global benefits strategy globally and across regions.
• Lead vendor selection, renewal negotiations, and RFP processes.
• Oversee global compensation framework and governance.
• Manage global leave administration and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance on legislative changes.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for Total Rewards metrics.
