• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, HR or related field.
• 10+ years of compensation experience with leadership
• Experience with global benefits strategy and executive compensation
• Strong knowledge of compensation regulations (FLSA, SEC, global pay)
• Proficiency in compensation analytics tools and HRIS systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Total Rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and oversee broad-based, executive, compensation, recognition, and benefits programs.
• Lead annual compensation planning, including salary structures, merit increases, bonuses, and incentive plans.
• Oversee benefits strategy and administration (health, retirement, wellness, leave, vendor partnerships).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international laws and partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR Operations.
