Job summary

GHX is seeking an Executive Director, Total Rewards to lead our enterprise-wide total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, wellbeing, HR systems, and payroll. This role advises the CHRO and executive leadership, shaping multi-year programs that align with growth, M&A, and market positioning with data-driven governance.

The ideal candidate combines executive presence with analytical depth to guide high-stakes decisions and partner with the Board on compensation matters.

Qualifications

15+ years of total rewards experience, including senior leadership responsibilities.
Experience reporting to Board/Compensation Committee or equivalent.
Proven track record designing and governing executive compensation programs.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise total rewards philosophy, strategy, and governance.
Set multi-year direction for compensation, benefits, wellbeing, HR systems, and payroll.
Lead executive compensation design and Board reporting in partnership with CPO/legal.
Translate business strategy into total rewards programs that differentiate GHX.
