Job summary

MIRATECH, based in the United States, seeks a Director of Total Rewards to design and govern compensation, benefits, and recognition across its U.S. and international sites.

You will partner with senior leadership to build scalable, compliant total rewards programs that support a high-growth, multi-site manufacturing environment. The role leads market analyses, salary structure reviews, and job leveling, while shaping benefits design, financing options, and governance.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of progressive compensation and benefits experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience designing and managing compensation structures across multiple U.S. states and international sites.
• Strong knowledge of pay practices, benefits financing models, and executive compensation trends.
• Ability to present market data and guidance to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own design, governance, and continuous improvement of base pay, incentive, and pay equity structures across U.S. and international locations.
• Lead compensation market analyses, salary structure reviews, and job leveling projects.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on offers and market pricing for critical roles.
• Manage annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles, including budgeting and communications.
• Support executive compensation processes and governance materials.
