Job summary

FieldCore is seeking a Tooling Process Specialist II for the Gas Power One Field Services team in the Georgia region. The role focuses on fulfilling tools, order entry, tracking, and admin tasks using the Tooling Management system.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of international shipping experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years international shipping experience, compliance and logistics
• English Proficiency Required

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping of tool center to meet safety standards
• Must be able to validate system data and analyze business operations metrics
• Demonstrate an ability to train others
• Collaborate with functional teams and vendors to source materials and products
• Notify site teams of pickup schedules and Tooling systems
• Assist with the confirmation of tool assignments in Tooling Database system
• Assist with the creation of shipping documents in Tooling Database system
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
• Travel may be required
