Job summary

FieldCore, part of GE Vernova, seeks a Tooling Digital Operations Specialist I in a hybrid Lawrenceville, GA role (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). You will drive global tooling KPIs, provide BI, and support digital platforms for tool centers and stakeholders.

Qualifications include 3+ years in the industry, SAP and Salesforce experience, advanced Excel, and proven cross-functional project leadership. Travel and overtime may be required; FieldCore offers medical insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of related industry experience.
• 2+ years of practical SAP Experience
• 2+ years of practical Salesforce Experience
• Experience in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables
• Experience leading cross functional projects

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned tool centers to Global Tooling KPIs and supporting metrics
• Provide business intelligence to region and assigned tool centers with reference to tooling fulfillment and management
• Provide guidance and overall platform support to assigned tool centers and other stakeholders for all tooling digital platforms
• Connect with vendors to obtain and negotiate quotes for digital operations projects at direction of management team
• Partner with Quality team to assist in analysis of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and other onsite Quality measures
• Work closely with tool centers to gain operational understanding and develop field driven digital operations processes
• Utilize data and subsequent analysis to assist in fulfillment disputes and escalations as required by global operations team
• Work directly with SAP Ariba to provide technical support to tool centers and escalates when necessary to sourcing team
• Work directly with SAP ETM to provide technical guidance to tool centers and escalates when necessary to ERP Support Team
• Work directly with Sales Force to provide real time analysis and technical guidance to tool centers and elevate when necessary to Sales Force Support Team
• Work on Global Projects at direction of Global Tooling Operations Director and Global Tooling Operations Manager
• Provide general operations and guidance to Tooling Coordinators, Facility Managers and Logistics team as necessary
• Coordinates testing of all major digital platform enhancements
• Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
• Travel may be required
• May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values
