Job summary

GE Vernova FieldCore is seeking a Tooling Digital Operations Analyst I in Cambridge, MA to drive analytics and governance for the ETM Tooling system. The role supports global order fulfilment, data quality, KPI maintenance and on-site operations for the Tooling Global Operations Team.

You will partner with SAP Ariba, SAP ETM, SAP Cloud Analytics, SAC and Tableau to deliver insights, drive automation, and empower field teams with real-time tooling intelligence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related industry experience.
• 2+ years practical SAP experience.
• 2+ years practical SAC experience.
• 2+ years creating Tableau visualizations.
• Experience in advanced data analytics.
• 2+ years writing SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Global Tooling KPIs and regional KPIs.
• Provide business intelligence for tooling fulfillment.
• Support data team and BI stakeholders across tooling platforms.
• Engage with vendors for quotes on digital operations projects.
• Assist Quality with NCR analysis and quality measures.
• Collaborate with tool centers to build BI products.
• Assist in fulfillment disputes using data.
• Collaborate with SAP Ariba for sourcing intelligence.
• Collaborate with SAP ETM for data engineering support.
• Provide real-time intelligence via SAP ETM cloud analytics.
• Provide real-time analysis with Salesforce for fulfillment and ordering.
• Plan and schedule BI projects.
• Guide Tooling Coordinators and Logistics team as needed.
