Job summary

First American is seeking an experienced title professional to coordinate with the Title Advisor, bringing expertise on a variety of advanced support options. The role involves leveraging AI to improve title production and working with global teams to deliver consistent results.

You will train staff, ensure compliance with title insurance requirements, and contribute to efficient, accurate handling of complex multi-site transactions across locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' escrow/title experience
• Proficient MS Office suite
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Professional demeanor and positive service attitude
• Knowledge of title insurance processes
• Ability to train staff and mentor teammates

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Title Advisor to provide expert/title support
• Utilize AI to improve title production and processes
• Understand title documents, contracts, and applicable regulations
• Assist on multi-site complex transactions and different client requirements
• Escalate complex title questions and multi-site transactions as needed
• Share title knowledge and train staff to perform title functions
• Coach and mentor global Title Assistants on procedures and quality standards
• Support operations across domestic locations to achieve end-to-end goals
