Koch Technology is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Global Enterprise Service Management team in Wichita, KS. You will partner with stakeholders, translate problems into scalable solutions, and own the process from discovery to adoption, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate learning and delivery.

You will influence business value, manage risks, and ensure governance while delivering measurable outcomes across IT, HR, and services. This role requires in-office presence with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience taking ownership from discovery to implementation and measurement.
• Ability to use AI-assisted tools to deliver work products with validation where needed.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and backlog items.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand problems and translate them into actionable work.
• Define business value, risks and trade-offs for improvements, including build, buy, or automate decisions.
• Own solutions from discovery through prototyping, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Lead validation, code reviews, and share knowledge while following security and governance guidelines.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to create agents, workflows, and automations.
• Build and maintain enterprise SaaS configurations, workflows, and API integrations.
• Analyze data, run experiments, and identify process gaps and improvements.
• Challenge unnecessary complexity and promote sustainable, measurable results.
