Job summary

The role partners with Therapeutic Area leadership to translate strategy into executable plans, align PM, Start-Up, and Clinical Delivery teams, and drive consistent delivery practices across studies and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 15+ years in clinical research with significant leadership.
• Experience delivering global programs across therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for delivery across the Therapeutic Area portfolio.
• Oversee portfolio governance, risk management, and performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across PM, Start-Up, and Clinical Delivery.
• Represent delivery in customer governance meetings and proposals.
• Drive financial accountability and delivery excellence.
