Job summary

IQVIA Biotech seeks a strategic Project Delivery Head to lead global CPM teams and drive delivery excellence across CNS, CV, Renal, and Metabolic programs. You will partner with the Therapeutic Area Head to translate strategy into operational execution and ensure strong client satisfaction.

You’ll oversee portfolio governance, risk management, and cross-functional delivery, while coaching leaders to raise standards and improve outcomes for patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field with ~15+ years of clinical research experience and leadership.
• Experience leading portfolio governance and delivery across therapeutic areas.
• Strong financial forecasting and client-facing leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio health, delivery performance, and financial outcomes across studies and programs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and remove barriers to execution.
• Serve as senior delivery leader in governance meetings and bidder discussions.
• Develop delivery strategies for proposals, bid defenses, and growth opportunities.
• Coach and develop operational oversight leaders and delivery professionals.
