Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
~15+ years of clinical research experience, including significant leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee global portfolio health across studies, customers, and programs within the Therapeutic Area.
Monitor delivery performance, portfolio risks, customer commitments, and financial outcomes.
Drive portfolio prioritization and trade-off decisions to optimize delivery success.
Lead portfolio reviews and implement actions to address systemic issues or performance gaps.
Align Project Management, Operational Oversight, Clinical Delivery, Start-Up, and Project Coordination teams around common delivery objectives.
Coach and mentor delivery professionals to build accountability and collaboration.
