Job summary

IQVIA Biotech is seeking a strategic Project Delivery Head to oversee global therapeutic program delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive governance, manage risks, and ensure financial and client success across CNS, CV, renal, and metabolic programs.

In this role, you will partner with the Therapeutic Area Head to translate strategy into execution, govern portfolios, and champion delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field with 15+ years of clinical research leadership.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with portfolio governance and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio health across studies, customers, and programs.
• Monitor delivery performance, portfolio risks, customer commitments, and financial outcomes.
• Drive portfolio prioritization and trade-off decisions.
• Lead portfolio reviews and address systemic issues or performance gaps.
• Align PM, Operational Oversight, Clinical Delivery, Start-Up, and Project Coordination teams around delivery objectives.
• Ensure consistent delivery practices and customer experiences across the portfolio.
• Coach and mentor Operational Oversight leaders and other delivery professionals.
