Job summary

IQVIA Biotech is seeking a senior therapeutic project delivery leader to oversee global CPM teams and drive delivery excellence across CNS, CV, renal, and metabolic programs. You will partner with Therapy Area heads to ensure operational readiness and strong client satisfaction, while shaping strategic delivery frameworks worldwide.

Key responsibilities include portfolio governance, cross-functional leadership, risk and financial management, and development of delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• ~15+ years of clinical research experience, including significant leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead global programs and deliver results across therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio governance and delivery across the Therapeutic Area portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, align PM, Operational Oversight, Clinical Delivery, Start-Up, and Project Coordination teams.
• Represent delivery leadership in customer governance meetings, bidder discussions, and escalations.
• Monitor portfolio financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and revenue realization opportunities.
• Drive risk mitigation and continuous improvement in project management practices.
• Coach and develop Operational Oversight leaders and promote accountability.
