Job summary

Vix Technology USA is seeking a seasoned Test Manager to support automated fare collection projects across North America and beyond. You will lead testing across integrated hardware and software, coordinating with regional and international teams to ensure quality and readiness.

You will build end-to-end test plans, manage defects, monitor risks, and report progress to stakeholders. Strong communication with customers and internal teams is essential, as is experience with UAT and test automation.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of relevant testing experience with at least three years in a Test Lead or Test Coordinator role.
• Experience coordinating UAT and working directly with customers on IT/technology projects.
• Certifications such as ISEB, ISTQB or Tricentis Tosca preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end test plans translating project requirements into effective test cases.
• Coordinate testing activities, manage defects and assess risks for quality readiness.
• Provide test execution reporting, coverage dashboards and customer-facing updates.
• Collaborate across software, hardware, Cloud Operations, product owners and business users.
