Job summary

Vix Technology USA is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing across integrated hardware and software solutions for North America and worldwide. You will translate project requirements into effective test plans and coordinate testing activities, while keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring quality.

You will collaborate with engineering, QA, product owners and customers to drive tests, manage defects, and deliver clear completion reports that demonstrate coverage and readiness for

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of relevant testing experience, plus 3+ years as Test Lead or Test Coordinator on IT/tech projects.
• Experience coordinating UAT and working with customers.
• Familiarity with test automation and both hardware and software testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end test plans from requirements for integration, UAT and commissioning.
• Coordinate testing activities, manage defects and assess risks.
• Provide clear test execution reports and coverage status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, Cloud Operations, and product teams across locations.
