Job summary

Vix Technology USA is seeking an experienced Test Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead testing across integrated hardware and software solutions for North America and beyond.

The role combines technical testing, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, with responsibilities spanning test planning, defect management, UAT, and reporting, in a collaborative environment across software, hardware, cloud operations, and platform teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in testing on IT or technology projects.
• Experience as Test Lead or Test Coordinator.
• Knowledge of hardware and software testing, and UAT.
• Certification such as ISTQB, ISEB, Tosca or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end test plans and select test cases for integration testing, UAT, and commissioning.
• Coordinate testing activities, manage defects, and assess risks.
• Report on test execution, requirements coverage, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, cloud, and business teams across locations.
• Maintain testing standards and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
