BD is a global medical technology leader. This role supports pre-tender strategies, manages tender projects end-to-end, analyzes outcomes, and collaborates with regional teams to optimize processes.

The position requires a mix of marketing, economics, healthcare, or law background and 4–6 years of relevant experience. The candidate will monitor local tender laws, ensure compliance with BD conditions, and contribute to revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills.
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office products.
• Excellent influencing skills.
• Knowledge of local tender legislation & practices, contracts and quote processes.
• Prior experience in tender management is advantageous.
• Commercial awareness is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the sales team with pre-tender and tender bidding strategies.
• Full project management for tenders.
• Analyze tender outcomes and share lessons learned.
• Engage with stakeholders in strategic and commercial dialogues about tenders.
• Monitor local tender legislation and ensure compliance.
• Support Tender Repository tools and continuous process optimization.
• Collaborate with regional teams to develop new market tender processes.
• Assist decision-making to ensure revenue recognition and project funding.
