Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Senior Manager, Source to Contract to analyze demand and deliver Technology & Digital Solutions within Procurement. You will partner with business and technology teams to shape priorities and drive end-to-end source-to-pay processes, ensuring alignment with BD's enterprise roadmaps.

The role requires guiding complex programs, coordinating multiple companies, managing risk, and delivering first-time-right solutions that support revenue

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of procurement and end-to-end source-to-pay, including roadmaps and key projects.
• Establish value-adding partner relationships for yourself and the TGS function.
• Manage large, complex source-to-contract programs with limited supervision.
• Manage 3+ companies to deliver complex solutions with contractual alignment on roles and responsibilities.
• Partner with the Business Process Owner to identify improvement opportunities and create an indirect procurement roadmap.
• Lead the program by managing teams from business, SI partners, and delivery to ensure first-time-right quality.
• Identify risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Be autonomous, build trust with teammates, and secure resources to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with TDS partners to ensure integrated solutions aligned with BD enterprise roadmaps.
• Partner with Procurement teams and SMEs to plan initiatives and evaluate proposals against roadmaps.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables for large, complex programs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology or process redesign to drive revenue, cut costs, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance.
• Develop deployment strategies for new technology capabilities across the business and customers.
• Collaborate with TDS and external partners to define and document requirements.
