Job summary

Conceptum Logistics Group USA is seeking a Tender Manager to lead complex tender processes and develop competitive bid strategies. You will work with Sales and Operations to prepare technical and commercial proposals, budget estimates, and quotations for project and business opportunities.

You will evaluate carrier and subcontractor offerings, negotiate rates and terms, and ensure compliant submissions across domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or equivalent in logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in tender management, pricing, freight forwarding, or project logistics.
• Experience with project cargo and multimodal transport.
• Strong knowledge of ocean/air/road/rail logistics.
• Proven ability to prepare commercial proposals and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate tender inquiries (ITTs, RFIs, RFQs).
• Develop bid strategies with Sales and Operations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and budgets.
• Support contract negotiations and supplier evaluations.
• Source and evaluate quotations from carriers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate rates and terms to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain tender records and documentation.
• Collaborate with domestic and international offices on pricing and proposals.
