Many years of experience abroad, reliable planning, proactive response times, short decision-making, and a “hands-on” focus, ensure long-standing relationships with our customers.

YOUR TASKS

  • Support customer presentations, proposal reviews, and commercial contract negotiations.
  • Source, obtain, and evaluate quotations from carriers, vendors, and subcontractors to support competitive and compliant submissions.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements to optimize commercial outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships throughout the tender and project lifecycle.
  • Review contract terms and conditions to identify commercial, operational, and contractual risks.
  • Assess project risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate with Operations during project handover and implementation to ensure a smooth transition from award to execution.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international offices on tender planning, pricing strategies, and proposal development.
  • Prepare project cost estimates, logistics concepts, transportation plans, and supporting bid documentation.
  • Maintain accurate tender records, reporting, and documentation while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong knowledge of multimodal transportation, including ocean freight, air freight, trucking, rail, and specialized project logistics services.
  • Proven experience preparing commercial proposals, pricing solutions, tender submissions, and customer quotations.
  • Ability to evaluate supplier and subcontractor proposals and develop competitive, commercially sound pricing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and international business environment.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
