Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Pricing and Tender Manager for Project Logistics USA to lead the Pricing and Tender Team, drive quotes, and craft pricing strategies for complex moves. You will work with product heads and the sales team to win bids and optimize profitability.

The role requires deep expertise in pricing for OOG and Heavy Lift cargo, strong vendor management, and the ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines. This position is based in Humble, TX, with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret basic financial reporting.
• Ability to work with daily deadlines and thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and structure the Pricing and Tender Team for Project Logistics USA.
• Oversee the proposal lifecycle: price and service quotations, bids, proposals, RFQs, and RFIs; gather market data.
• Provide pricing and budget estimates for OOG and Heavy Lift cargo.
• Create execution strategies and method statements for out-of-gauge cargo as needed.
• Collaborate with Product head and sales to propose transport solutions to win complex moves.
• Develop and maintain pricing matrices and databases; obtain approvals from product management.
• Analyze achieved cost and profitability; propose pricing changes.
• Drive procurement and vendor management; ensure policy compliance across proposals.
