Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. seeks a Program Manager – Temperature Control Products to drive revenue for Pharma & Fresh and to coordinate with Product, Sales, Cargo Operations and Marketing globally.

You will manage product content on DeltaNet and deltacargo.com, support CEIV audits, and lead the Pharma Desk training. The role requires collaboration across divisions to ensure compliant quality agreements and timely CAPA actions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading programs with global scope and customer focus.
• Ability to align Product, Sales, Operations and Marketing teams.
• Understanding of pharma and temperature-controlled shipments is a plus.
• Demonstrated capability to manage audits, certifications and CAPA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue for Temperature Control Products (Pharma & Fresh).
• Own content updates on DeltaNet and deltacargo.com for products.
• Support Pharma and Fresh audits, certifications and temperature research.
• Lead the Pharma Desk and train colleagues to improve customer success.
• Manage customer Quality Agreements and risk with CAPA follow-through.
• Collaborate across divisions to maximize revenue opportunities and service quality.
• Work with ACS Operations to optimize customer satisfaction and market position.
• Contribute insights to ad hoc projects and uphold safety in processes.
