Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and launch execution for a category of Global Data Center Thermal Solutions products. This is a global, cross-functional leadership role influencing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Program Management.

The role requires a multi-year roadmap, NPI ownership, and collaboration with regional teams to optimize pricing, lead times, and configuration architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field required.
• Extensive product management and technical leadership across global teams.
• Experience with NPI from concept to volume production and capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year roadmap for a product category across regions.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and PM.
• Develop business cases for capacity expansion and new product launches.
