Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager to lead the DDTC Consent Agreement execution, coordinating across Legal & Compliance and business teams to ensure timely commitments and milestones. The role requires managing audits, transformation initiatives, training, and governance in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong program leadership, superb communication skills for executive audiences, and the ability to drive action in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in compliance or regulated settings OR Associates with 12+ years OR High School with 14+ years of experience.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in compliance, legal or other regulated settings.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving multiple workstreams to completion.
• Ability to work across a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for the DDTC Consent Agreement across multiple workstreams.
• Plan milestones, track progress, manage risks, and close actions on time.
• Coordinate with internal leaders and external stakeholders including SCO, auditor, and DDTC.
• Prepare executive status reports and briefing materials on performance and risks.
• Support audits, digital transformation, training, and jurisdiction/classification validation.
• Monitor risks and remediation actions with clear ownership and due dates.
• Develop processes, procedures, and governance for ongoing compliance.
• Apply lean principles to improve execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Lead effectively in evolving situations balancing strategy and deadlines.
