We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Project Manager with extensive expertise in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management, a deep understanding of telecom infrastructure, and the ability to drive complex projects to successful completion. This role demands exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage diverse teams, stakeholders, and project deliverables effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to gather requirements, address issues, and report on project progress.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure project goals are met.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement best practices in project management and telecom industry standards.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the telecom industry, managing projects of varying complexity.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of telecom technologies, including network infrastructure, wireless communication, and data transmission.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
