KGI Wireless Inc is seeking a seasoned Telecommunications Project Manager for leading CEM, Ethernet, and TDM migration efforts. This remote US role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and engineers to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes strong executive communication, risk management, and process optimization, with optional PMP and AI tool familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of telecommunications project management experience.
• Experience leading multi-site, multi-phase network deployments.
• Thorough knowledge of TDM and Ethernet circuit ordering and provisioning lifecycle.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage parallel workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience handling complex technical escalations.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Host and facilitate daily/weekly CEM team meetings; document decisions, action items, blockers, distribute meeting notes to all stakeholders.
• Serve as primary liaison between network engineering and architect, access engineering, maintenance engineering, COEI, field engineering, transport, broadband ISP, operations, and TDM Force Disconnect program management.
• Serve as primary point of contact for CEM order questions from the broader program team.
• Track all CEM, Ethernet, and TDM migration orders through all order stages (submission, provisioning, installation, test, turnup, closeout); maintain accurate and current order status in tracking systems.
• Manage TEC EWO workflow in M6: create and track engineering work orders, manage CEM related queue, elevate stalled orders.
• Identify, document, and elevate stalled or at-risk orders; follow up with carriers and internal teams to resolve order issues and document resolutions and lessons learned.
• Issue change orders for orders requiring modification; verify installation, testing, and turnup completion against order specifications.
• Schedule T1 cutover events in coordination with the broader CEM project team; verify traffic stability post-cutover.
• Troubleshoot Ethernet connectivity issues during the pre-T1+ turnup phase; coordinate with circuit vendors and Client engineering to resolve.
• Notify all relevant teams of cutover closeout; upload final documentation to the designated shared repository.
