Altria is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Technology Strategy & Transformation to translate enterprise strategy into scalable technology capabilities that enable growth and international expansion. The role is based in Richmond, VA with a hybrid schedule, and remote work options are considered.

You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, develop roadmaps, influence investments, and guide technology governance across U.S. headquarters and international affiliates.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, IS or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years experience across business technology, strategy, corporate development, and/or global tech strategy.
• Experience supporting a US-headquartered company with domestic and international subsidiaries.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable technology plans with measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to travel internationally 2–4 times per year; certifications like CBRM or PMP a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership across strategy, growth, and international functions.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable roadmaps and scalable capabilities across international and emerging markets.
• Guide Strategy and Corporate Development regarding technology requirements for acquisitions and alliances, including Day 1 readiness and integration planning.
• Advise on technology operating models and governance between US HQ and international affiliates.
• Identify gaps between current and future technology capabilities and shape solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and global scalability.
• Lead development and prioritization of technology portfolios based on business impact and enterprise value.
• Quantify and communicate the value of digital and technology investments, including productivity gains, cost savings, risk mitigation, and growth opportunities.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies, including AI, and facilitating design-thinking across global operations.
