Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 5+ years supporting business, operations, technology, customer delivery, or related initiatives
• Experience in Agile delivery environments applying project management principles
• Deep technical proficiency bridging business objectives and technology-enabled solutions
• Proficiency in SQL with data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
• Knowledge of trade promotion processes, TPM experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration across multi-functional teams
• Strong prioritization, attention to detail, ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Engage with business customers to translate promotional strategies into prioritized delivery initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, sales, operations, and technical groups to understand program objectives and user needs.
• Convert business requirements into user stories, delivery plans, and actionable items for delivery teams.
• Support delivery and continuous improvement of systems, data, and processes for promotional initiatives.
• Align trade program delivery priorities with technology capabilities and operational requirements.
• Coordinate across customer delivery and enterprise technology teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Drive Agile delivery practices to improve execution, clarity, and business outcomes
