Job summary

Toyota North America seeks a senior technology leader to drive the strategy and delivery of the engineering portfolio in Plano, TX. You will oversee multiple teams, steer architecture decisions, and partner with product and enterprise leadership to deliver scalable, secure customer experiences.

You will build high-performing teams, establish engineering and operational best practices, and mentor leaders while aligning with business objectives and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of engineering experience.
• Includes at least five years of management experience building large-scale customer-facing products and high-availability distributed platforms.
• Candidates should bring strong full-stack, cloud, architecture, and product lifecycle expertise, with experience in scaling engineering teams and in machine learning/generative AI.
