- Excellent communication and ability to influence executives.
Responsibilities
- Build a best-in-class engineering team delivering rapid iterations.
- Lead delivery planning across the full software stack from frontend to backend.
- Influence strategy and partner with Product and Enterprise leaders.
- Ensure engineering excellence with metrics and best practices.
- Hire, retain, and grow engineering talent.
- Oversee design, UX, platform integrations, availability, and performance.
