Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or similar analytical/STEM field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and product priorities for enterprise integration platforms.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, cloud infrastructure, and security teams.
• Elicit, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements for Agile delivery.
• Drive platform modernization to secure, cloud-native, scalable, self-service architectures.
• Partner with engineering to improve onboarding, reduce complexity, and accelerate time-to-market.
• Establish platform governance, standards, and best practices for security and compliance.
• Monitor adoption KPIs, reliability targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Engage with business teams to prioritize platform investments based on value.
