Job summary

Fellowes Brands in Itasca, IL seeks a Global Head of Technology and Infrastructure (Senior Director) to lead IT Operations, Infrastructure, Security and vendor management on a worldwide scale. The role shapes the IT strategy and ensures robust, compliant technology across the enterprise.

You will oversee security, business continuity and disaster recovery, advise executive leadership and the Audit Committee, and steer cost-efficient, integrated tech programs with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree in technology or business preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of combined management and hands-on IT experience.
• Extensive experience leading IT delivery teams with budget and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IT operations, infrastructure, security and vendor management.
• Define and deploy IT strategy and roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
• Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery and high availability.
• Provide executive-level guidance to leadership and Audit Committee on tech topics.
• Drive cost efficiency, simplification of IT, and integration of acquisitions/divestitures.
