Job summary

Gen II Fund Services seeks a senior leader to head Infrastructure & Operations, overseeing global technology infrastructure and operational excellence. You will align technology with business goals, lead large distributed teams across time zones, and drive modernization, security, and disaster recovery initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and outsourcing management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technology infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large distributed teams.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate enterprise agreements.
• Oversee data center operations, cloud infrastructure, and hybrid environments.
• Direct network architecture, security infrastructure, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage infrastructure capacity planning and scalability initiatives.
• Ensure best-in-class uptime for critical business systems.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
