Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking a Head of Technology Infrastructure & Operations to lead global infrastructure and operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency across the organization. You will shape strategic direction, manage large outsourcing relationships, and drive modernization initiatives.

The role requires executive leadership, extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure, and a strong business acumen to align technology with financial services objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive technology infrastructure experience
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large, distributed teams
• Experience in global services, financial services, or similar regulated industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate enterprise agreements
• Oversee global data center operations, cloud infrastructure, and hybrid environments
• Direct network architecture, security infrastructure, and disaster recovery planning
• Manage infrastructure capacity planning and scalability initiatives
• Lead infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives
• Establish and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning
• Develop talent pipeline and succession planning
• Foster culture of improvement and continuous learning
• Manage global teams across multiple time zones
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with other technology and business units
• Develop business cases for infrastructure investments
• Implement cost optimization and efficiency programs
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts
