Job summary

Fellowes Brands in Itasca, IL seeks a Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead IT Operations and Infrastructure teams, shape strategy, and manage vendor relationships. You will guide planning, architecture reviews, and security/compliance across a global IT department.

The role requires a deep technical background, strong leadership, and collaboration with internal and external partners. In-office Monday-Thursday with an optional remote Friday; a strong benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree in technology or business (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years related experience, with both management and hands-on technical work.

Responsibilities

• Direct IT Operations and Infrastructure teams and define deploy future strategy.
• Lead vendor management, contract negotiations and third-party services oversight.
• Refine IT department processes, planning and communications across the organization.
• Ensure security policies, disaster recovery and compliance across IT environment.
