Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Technical Training Specialist to develop hands-on, outcomes-based training for Trust & Safety engineers, translating complex architectures into practical learning paths, labs, and job aids.

You will partner with engineering and SMEs to deliver scalable, compliant training, measure impact with metrics, and drive AI-enabled enablement across the learning lifecycle under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical training design and content creation.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with end-to-end project management and multiple deadlines.
• Ability to understand technical design approaches and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical judgment to develop fluency in program area systems and trade-offs.
• Design and build structured, outcome-based technical training with labs.
• Author clear, accurate technical documentation validated with engineering SMEs.
• Serve as technical liaison translating architecture changes into learning requirements.
• Drive AI-enabled content development and agentic skills frameworks.
• Leverage LMS to deploy, track, and scale training; analyze data for improvements.
• Define success metrics, measure proficiency gains, and iterate learning solutions.
• Ensure training compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Own end-to-end delivery, milestones, and blockers; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, SMEs, WFM, and stakeholders to align enablement with timelines.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership; contribute to team development.
