Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to design and deliver technical learning programs for AWS Trust & Safety. You will translate complex architectures into hands-on labs, write clear technical documentation, and drive adoption of AI-powered training tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and developing IT or technical training materials and content
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience with end-to-end project management, or prioritizing and handling multiple assignments with deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical design approaches, system architectures, and technology trade-offs

Responsibilities

• Develop fluent technical training content for complex systems and architectures
• Translate architecture changes into structured, outcome-based learning (paths, labs, exercises, job aids)
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation (SOPs, narratives, requirements, specs)
• Serve as technical liaison to translate changes into learning requirements and mitigate risks
• Drive AI enablement through content development tools and just-in-time delivery
• Deploy and scale training via LMS and learning platforms, analyze data for improvements
• Define success metrics, measure proficiency gains, and iterate based on data
• Ensure training complies with applicable regulatory requirements and certifications
• Own end-to-end delivery of technical learning initiatives with milestones and blockers management
• Collaborate with Engineering, SMEs, WFM, and stakeholders to align enablement with timelines
• Communicate status and risks to leadership and participate in reviews
• Contribute to team development and participate in hiring processes
