Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline with 10+ years in technical support.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and presentation skills.
- Expertise in diagnostic techniques for electrical, mechanical, and software.
- Experience with troubleshooting methodologies (eg 8D, Kepner-Tregow, Shainin Red X, Six Sigma Black Belt).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a customer-facing regional tech support team to maximize customer experience.
- Serve as primary escalation point for technical support in the region.
- Provide daily decision-making and contribute to global strategy.
- Coach staff to improve performance.
- Communicate status and data across levels to resolve issues.
