Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interface between customers/suppliers and headquarters in Japan by providing technical solutions to prevent manufacturing issues.
• Develop and improve processing conditions of decorative film products by periodically reviewing product quality with customers.
• Provide technical advice to new customers by introducing manufacturing processes, equipment and tools.
• Develop marketing plans to expand market share by networking with customers, suppliers and consumers to understand industry trends.
• Investigate and solve technical problems by timely visiting manufacturers’ facilities.
• Work with Sales staff to visit customers’ design studios and promote products in Automotive industry.
